I like the brand

The product photography could probably be a little better. There is something very off-putting about it and I think it’s the weird position the sun and water ripples are in. Also, you can tell where this is headed: don’t bother changing the rims.

The UI offers a number of attractive mobile layouts and the front-facing camera icon in the new app is interesting.

Overall, this is a solid and attractive evolution. What I most appreciate about it is that it makes Airbnb look like a cultural phenomenon instead of a home-brewed, DIY venture.

Thanks to Kenneth Kanagawa for the tip.

Airbnb is the online owner-server hosting company that allows its over 180 million users to create monthly or yearly room or house listings through the use of its online marketplace. Priced at $12 to $24 a square meter for hosts and room seekers, it’s a good deal. Becoming even better is that you can list your house with the company and still reap the rewards of free storage and storage of choice. Last week, Airbnb introduced a new identity designed by London-based The Partners.
